This is not for you if:
You’re not ready to move out of the victim narrative around your sensitivity (if this is the case, that’s totally valid because many of us have deep wounds around our sensitive nature AND this is not the focus of this course)
You’re wanting to focus on healing trauma/wounds around your sensitivity; though you will grow and heal through this course, the focus is on letting go of wounding and reclaiming the gifts of your sensitivity
You are trying to get rid of or fix your sensitivity; this course is about embracing and cultivating traits that accompany our sensitivity and building strategies to navigate the challenges
You’re dealing with a diagnosable mental health challenge and are not currently in therapy to support you around this; this course is considered coaching and not a substitute for therapy, though it could be a wonderful complement to therapeutic work you’re already doing

Identifying and working with challenges of being sensitive (overwhelm, burnout, decisions, rumination, and more)
Learning strategies to tend to sensitivity in our fast-paced, hyper-stimulating culture
Strategies to navigate the energy around us
Self-care and energy management practices
Week 3: Relationships
Differentiating what is yours and what isn’t
Energy clearing and boundary practices
Self soothing versus managing others’ energy
Navigating guilt, anxiety, and other attachment patterns
Week 4: Cultivating Your Gifts
Deepening your connection with the spiritual world/your guides
Honing your intuition/differentiating intuition from anxiety
Embracing tenderness, deep feeling, and vulnerability
Cultivating your sense of connection
Listening to your body (body as a tuning fork)
